How to read our comparisons
PetsBlueprint is the publisher of our research-based guides. We use software to assemble breed checklists and assist with drafting. A generated breed page is not an individual product test. We do not attribute clinic experience, professional credentials or personal testing to an author without evidence.
Check the method and sources in each guide. A comparison based on manufacturer documentation is research, not a hands-on test. We do not claim that every product on this site has been purchased or tested by us.
In our updated comparisons, we identify the linked product model or size, explain who might consider it, and describe what to check before buying. We distinguish published specifications from our own conclusions. Manufacturer battery estimates, for example, are not measurements from our testing.
Older articles are being reviewed for accuracy and clarity. The update date shows when an individual guide received a substantive revision; it does not mean every page on the site has been rechecked.
Before you buy
Product versions, sizes, prices, and availability change. Confirm the selected variant, current price, manufacturer instructions, and any subscription or renewal costs at the destination. Prices shown in existing product cards may be snapshots.
Our sizing tools are starting points. Measure your dog and use the exact product's size chart. General care information does not replace advice from your veterinarian about your individual dog.
