Before buying: Read the current ingredients, especially if your dog has dietary restrictions. Factor the chew into the day's food allowance, and supervise your dog rather than assuming an edible chew is safe to gulp.

WHIMZEES Brushzees: choose the specific shape
Brushzees is the plant-based option in this comparison. The Wellness product page provides the ingredients and size chart; Medium is for 25–40 lb dogs, with a minimum age of nine months.
Before buying: Check that the selected product says Brushzees. A mixed box containing sticks or alligators is a different selection. Plant-based ingredients do not automatically make a product suitable for a food allergy or a veterinary elimination diet.

OraVet: a different formulation and a smaller linked size
OraVet contains delmopinol. Boehringer Ingelheim describes a combination of chewing action and a protective coating. Its instructions specify dogs aged six months or older.
Before buying: Our link opens the Small, 10–24 lb, 30-count pouch. It is not the Medium option suitable for a 25–50 lb dog. This makes OraVet Small a size-appropriate candidate for some dogs too light for the other two linked packs, but it does not establish superior cleaning.

Compare the price of the correct size, not the cheapest-looking bag:
- Confirm that the weight range and minimum age fit your dog.
- Check the number of chews in the selected pack.
- Divide the current pack price by that count for a cost per chew.
- Compare equivalent purchase terms: a subscription discount is different from a one-time price.
